What we keep tells a story. My best gift This is the a gift that I highly respect and is most beloved, it is a small ship inside a bottle. My father gave it to me on the occasion of my graduation from high school in 1979. My dad bought it on a holiday in one of the most beautiful tourist places in Vietnam. Since that date, I’ve cherished and always put it at the most suitable place in the my home. When my family arrived in Canada I brought it with us. When I look at it, reminds me of my father more. My Bible
My bible means a lot to me.
This is a long story but I will try to share it with you shortly. It was in 1997 my grandfather dad of my father he passed away.He was Masonic Lodge.The bible was belong to him.My father is the oldest son,he took the bible.
One year later I went to see my father and I said to him ''Dad! Hmm tell me my son he answered.
Do you know I don't even have a bible at home.He said okay I will give the one my dad was using to you but you have to promise me that you are going to treat it well.Since that time I have my bible with me where ever I go because it reminds me two important persons in my life my and my grandfather.
Rest in peace grand'pa.

When I arrived in Canada I brought with me a gold ring.It was a gift from my best friend.Her name is DD. She lives in Bosnia.She is my best friend from my childhood.She gave the ring to me before I left my country.I brought the ring because it reminds me her,all the time we spent together, our long conversation about everything that we used to have. The gold ring reminds me of her good advice, on funnies situation, on long walk and on our trips. And now sometimes I call her and we talk for longtime about my country, her life,a nd our old friends. I also let her knows that the gold ring still on my finger.
